Information for Speakers

Speakers are encouraged to copy your presentations to the computure in advance. You should copy the presentation ppt files into the appropriate pre-named session folders on the desktop of the house computer and files should be saved by surname and initial.

Direct connection of personal laptops (with set-up in the break prior to the corresponding session) is an acceptable but not preferred alternative. If presenting from a Macintosh computer, please bring a VGA cable with you.

Information for Posters

Posters should be presented in a portrait orientation and should not exceed 1189 mm in height and 841 mm in width. Posters will be mounted on corkboard provided at the convention center before the beginning of the poster session. Your poster should be displayed as per the poster board number in the Program Book that you will receive at the Congress.
